Young Poong Corporation (KOSE:A000670) agreed to acquire 7.85% stake in Sorin Corporation from Jang Se-hwan for KRW 21.4 billion on July 8, 2021. As per terms of transaction, Jang Se-hwan sold 24.360 shares of Sorin Corporation. Transaction is expected to complete on July 9, 2021.
