YES24 Inc. (KOSDAQ:A053280) agreed to acquire Doosan Donga Co., Ltd. from Doosan Corporation (KOSE:A000150) for KRW 25 billion in cash on September 5, 2014. YES24 will acquire 2 million shares of Doosan Donga and will assume some of Doosan Donga's debt. Doosan Donga reported KRW 163.6 billion in sales revenue and KRW 7.2 billion in operating profit. Yes24 will retain 100% of the employees after the takeover. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2014. E-Hyun Accounting Corporation acted as valuer for YES24. PricewaterhouseCoopers acted as financial advisor to Doosan Corporation.
