Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora") announced 20% ARPU growth from customers selecting the new Connect Premium mobile subscriber plans compared to Connect Basic, with a significant increase in user engagement and activity level. From the beginning of this year through May, 33% of new subscribers purchased the new and higher priced Xplora Connect Premium plan, including full access to the children's activity platform. Entering 2023, Xplora rebranded its service offering from an independent Connectivity service and separate value-added service offering (formerly known as Goplay), into one proposition with two different price points, Basic and Premium. This strategic shift has accelerated growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), reflecting the financial viability of the restructured offering. For the first time, Xplora has reached 500,000* monthly active users (MAUs) of the Xplora smartwatch, with a total of 1.5 million registered app accounts (counting both parents and family app users), highlighting the company's innovative approach and user trust. In addition, Xplora has seen a substantial
rise in activity level, counted through smartwatches, after the launch of Xplora Connect Premium. Recorded data from the past 30 days demonstrates that access to Connect Premium inspires children to walk 67% more, with an average of 15k steps when using Connect Premium services. This shows an improvement from an average of 9k steps without Connect Premium services.
