The board of directors of Hope Education Group Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. Lu Zhichao has resigned as a non-executive Director due to a change in his work arrangement with effect from 16 January 2024. Meanwhile, Mr. Lu has resigned from Audit Committee and Strategy and Development Committee.
