Xiamen Comfort Science&Technology Group Co., Ltd (SZSE:002614) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 10.1031% stake in Xiamen Huboshi Intelligent Health Technology Co., Ltd from Nanchang Huixing Equity Investment Partnership for approximately CNY 98 million on July 29, 2022. After the completion of this transaction, the proportion of shares held by Xiamen Comfort Science&Technology Group Co., Ltd in Xiamen Huboshi Intelligent Health Technology Co., Ltd. will increase from 65.9236% to 76.0267%.
