Wrap Technologies, Inc. announced the appointment of Vice Admiral (ret.) Timothy Szymanski and Rajiv Srinivasan to serve on the Companys Board of Directors. The Company has also appointed Scot Cohen, Co-Founder, as Executive Chairman of the Board. The addition of this leadership fortifies the Companys commitment to the mental well-being of public safety officers and the community at large.

Wrap's reinvigorated Board boasts a diverse cadre of international industry frontrunners, poised to steer the Company's expansion as a pioneer in no-harm technology, mental wellness solutions, virtual reality training, and transparency via body-worn cameras and digital evidence management. Vice Admiral (ret.) Timothy Szymanski and Rajiv Srinivasan will replace Wayne Walker and Mike Parris as directors of the Board. Vice Admiral (ret.) Timothy Szymanski has led and served in many Navy and Joint Special Operations assignments as a Navy Special Warfare Officer (SEAL) for over 36 years.

Mr. Szymanski is a Principal of Pallas Advisors, a strategic advisory firm specializing in navigating complex national and international security dynamics, which he joined in August 2023. Prior to his retirement from the United States Navy, he most recently served as the Deputy Commander for United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) after serving as the Commander of Naval Special Warfare (NSW). Mr. Szymanski also served on the Joint Staff as the J3 deputy directorate for Special Operations as the Global War on Terror branch chief and as chief staff officer of Pakistan-Afghanistan Coordination Cell.

Mr. Szymanski graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1985. He completed a Master of Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy at the Joint Advanced Warfighting School. Rajiv Srinivasan is a sales and general management professional in the technology and software industry.

He has served in senior sales &management roles at Microsoft, as a global account manager at VMware, and in enterprise and global account management at MobileIron. He was on the founding team of Morta Security, a venture-backed cybersecurity company acquired by Palo Alto Networks. Mr. Srinivasan began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, and was awarded the Bronze Star &Combat Action Badge for service in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Mr. Srinivasan is a member of the board of directors of Families Against Mandatory Minimums (FAMM) where he supports legislative efforts to end mass incarceration. He has written for the New York Times and Time Magazine on military and veterans affairs and mental health. He holds a B.S. from West Point, an MBA from The Wharton School, an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University.
