At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 22 February 2023, the Board of Wilcon Depot, Inc. approved the declaration of cash dividends in the amount of PHP 0.23 regular cash dividend per share to be paid on 18 April 2023 to stockholders of record as of 22 March 2023.
