WHA Industrial Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Thailand-based real estate investment trust. The Trust’s objective is to use the funds from the offerings (includes borrowing) after deducting all expenses, to invest in property leasehold rights and moveable property generating benefit from such properties in which the Trust invest, relevant service or other process for the benefit of the property and create the revenue and return to the Trust and the unitholders. This includes the direct or indirect investment in other asset, and/or other securities and/or seek other interest by other means as stipulated in the Trust deed, securities laws or other relevant laws. The Trust is managed by WHA Industrial REIT Management Company Limited (the REIT Manager), SCB Asset Management Company Limited acts as the Trustee of the Trust, and WHA Industrial Development Public Company Limited acts as the Property Manager of the Trust.
