Announcement of Passing of the Company's Director
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mr. Yosuke Tada, Director and Executive Officer of the Company, on July 2, 2022, as a result of an acute heart failure. The Company is very grateful for the significant contributions Mr. Tada has made to the Company's growth for many years.
The Company plans to hold a memorial event and will announce the date and location when determined.
The passing of Mr. Tada has reduced the number of Directors of the Company by one, however, the number of Directors fulfills the requirements of the laws and regulations, and the Articles of Incorporation of the Company.
With the passing of Mr. Tada, on July 6, 2022, Mr. Tetsuya Sakai, Executive Officer of Visional Inc. and Director and Vice President of BizReach Inc., has been appointed as the Representative Director and CEO of BizReach Inc., a subsidiary of the Company. Also, on July 6, 2022, Mr. Soichiro Minami, Representative Director and CEO of Visional Inc., has been appointed as Chairman and Director of BizReach Inc.
