SMARTCAMP Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire BizHint Inc. from Visional, Inc. (TSE:4194) on October 31, 2023. As of July 31, 2023, BizHint Inc. reported net sales of ¥1.2 billion and net income of ¥100 million. The deal is expected to be completed on December 1, 2023.
Visional Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the incubation and HR Tech business. The Company operates through two business segments. The HR Tech segment operates BIZREACH, a professional human resource platform, HRMOS platform that enables the utilization of human resources based on evidence by centralizing and visualizing information from hiring to success after joining the companies, Careertrek, a job change site, Bizreach Campus, a visit network service, BINAR, a career change platform, and Stanby, a job search engine. The Incubation segment analyzes the industry structure and trends in the leading markets and conducts new businesses in areas with market potential that can promote digital transformation. It provides TRABOX, a logistics digital transformation (DX) platform, BizReach SUCCEED, a business succession merger and acquisition (M&A) platform, BizHint, a business-to-business (B2B) lead generation platform, and yamory, an open source vulnerability management cloud.
