VIGE WE INNOVATION Sp. z o.o. announced a private placement of 9,956 common shares on February 9, 2017. The transaction involves participation from Vigo System S.A. (WSE:VGO) for 4,978 shares and Greenlight Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamkniety Aktywow Niepublicznych, a fund managed by Origin Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. for 4,978 shares. The shares have face value of PLN 100. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company at its General Meeting.
