For 2022, Viel & Cie has announced a 44.3% increase in net income (group share) to 73.6 million euros, and a 1.3 point improvement in operating margin to 9.9%, on sales up 15.7% to 989.6 million (+10.1% at constant exchange rates).
At the start of 2023, the Group expects business levels in its professional brokerage business (Compagnie Financière Tradition) to be "in line with the previous year", and in its online brokerage business (Bourse Direct) to be "sustained".
A cash dividend of 35 euro cents per share will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 8, compared with 30 cents for 2021.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Europe/Middle East/Africa (46.2%), Americas (29.8%) and Asia/Pacific (24%).
