Utechzone Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 244.600 million compared to TWD 576.294 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 62.620 million compared to operating Income of TWD 43.092 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 16.025 million compared to net income of TWD 105.120 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.27 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 1.76 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was TWD 0.27 compared to diluted earnings per share of TWD 1.74 a year ago.
UTECHZONE CO., LTD is principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of automatic detection systems, provision of the technical and advisory services of products, import and export of products and the agency of related productsâ offer and distribution. The company's main products include printed circuit board (PCB) / integrated circuit (IC) carrier automatic optical detection equipment, thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) / touch panel automatic optical detection equipment, small hardness automatic measurement systems and image processing systems. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
