SECOND QUARTER AND FIRST HALF OF 2021 RESULTS

The audit committee of the board of directors of Trip.com Group Limited (the 'Company') will hold a meeting on Thursday, September 23, 2021 (Shanghai/Hong Kong time) for the purposes of, among others, approving the Company's financial results for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2021 (the 'Results') and its publication.

The Company will announce the Results on Friday, September 24, 2021 (Shanghai/Hong Kong time), before the trading hours of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Company's management team will host a conference call at 8:00PM U.S. Eastern Time on September 23, 2021 (or 8:00AM on September 24, 2021 in the Shanghai/Hong Kong Time) following the announcement.
