Trakcja S.A. announced that it expects to receive PLN 200 million in funding from PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. announced a private placement of 250,000,000 series E shares at a price of PLN 0.8 per share for gross proceeds of PLN 200,000,000 on February 1, 2022. The transaction will include participation from PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. Pursuant to the transaction, the share capital of the company will increase from PLN 69,160,780.8 to PLN 269,160,780.8.
