TONYMOLY Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A214420) acquired 80% stake in Atogen Co., Ltd. from Jihee Kang and four other shareholders' for KRW 3 billion on January 29, 2018. TONYMOLY Co.,Ltd. acquired 0.2 million existing shares for KRW 1.8 billion and 0.14 million new shares for KRW 1.3 billion. TONYMOLY Co.,Ltd. acquired the shares at KRW 8730 per share. After the transaction, TONYMOLY Co.,Ltd. will hold 0.34 million shares amounting to 80% stake in Atogen Co., Ltd. The Board of Directors passed a resolution for the transaction on January 29, 2018.
