Tongyu Communication Inc. agreed to acquire a 93% stake in Hubei Hejia Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. from Wang Tao, Wang Lachun, Yang Shuwu, Li Jianghong and Li Yong. for CNY 70.3 million.

Tongyu Communication Inc. (SZSE:002792) agreed to acquire a 93% stake in Hubei Hejia Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. from Wang Tao, Wang Lachun, Yang Shuwu, Li Jianghong and Li Yong. for CNY 70.3 million on March 17, 2023. Tongyu Communication will use its own funds for the consideration amount.

For the period January 31, 2023, Hubei Hejia Packaging Technology Co., Ltd. had CNY 43.47664534 million of total assets and CNY 32.96382698 million of net assets. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Tongyu Communication Inc.
