Tilly's, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended July 29, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 159.95 million compared to USD 168.31 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 1.13 million compared to net income of USD 3.82 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.04 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.13 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.04 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.13 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 283.59 million compared to USD 314.08 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 13.09 million compared to net income of USD 4.63 million a year ago.
