CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME TO "THE PLACE HOLDINGS LIMITED"The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Eucon Holding Limited (the "Company") refers to the circular to shareholders dated 3 May 2017 in relation to, inter alia, the proposed change of name of the Company from "Eucon Holding Limited" to "The Place Holdings Limited" (the "Proposed Change of Name").
Further to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 25 May 2017 where the special resolution relating to the Proposed Change of Name was duly passed, the Board wishes to announce that the Notice of Special Resolution for Change of Name has been lodged with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") on 25 May 2017 and ACRA has issued the Certificate Confirming Incorporation of Company dated 25 May 2017 to confirm that the Company is now known as "The Place Holdings Limited" with effect from 25 May 2017.
The Company will be arranging with the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited to change its trading counter name on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. A further announcement will be made in due course on the new trading counter name of the Company.
