PAN : 2024 shareholders incentive program

In order to thank our shareholders for their companionship, on the occasion of the 2024 General Meeting of Shareholders, The PAN Group continues to implement a gift program to shareholders who are holding greater than or equal to 25,000 shares of the company. Gifts include the Group's premium quality, top rated and best-seller agricultural and food products. Through this program, we would like to express our appreciation to shareholders of the company.

Details of the program are as follows:

1. Subjects of application:

The program applies to shareholders (both individual and institutional) who are holding greater than or equal to 25,000 PAN shares on 27/03/2024, the time of closing the list to attend 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (provided by Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation) and has filled in the Registration Form below.

2. Implementation:

Gifts include:

- 50 kg of Vinaseed rice;

- 06 bottles of premium fish sauce from 584 Nha Trang;

- 01 gift box with a variety of PAN products including: Lafooco cashews and dried fruits, Bibica confectionery, SHIN coffee.

The gifts will be delivered to the address where the eligible shareholders registered to receive (domestic shipping costs will be paid by the Company).

3. Term:

Please complete the below Registration Form before 0:00, 27 April 2024. All information will be kept confidentially by the Company, only for this program, and not for any other purpose without the consent of shareholders.

After receiving registration, the Company will contact shareholders to verify information and agree on how to deliver gifts.

*Note: The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.
