Sahapat Real Estate Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 18.5% stake in Saha Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. from Thai Wacoal Public Company Limited (SET:WACOAL) for THB 18.3 million on May 10, 2023. The Board of Directors approved of Thai Wacoal to enter into the transaction to sell all ordinary shares of Saha Asia Pacific. As a result, Thai Wacoal no longer holds any shares in Saha Asia Pacific.
The transaction is expected to complete within June 2023.
