Test-Rite International Co., Ltd. announced the board of directors approved appropriations of earnings in cash dividend to shareholders of TWD 1.28 per share for the year ended December 31, 2021. Total amount of cash distributed to shareholders is TWD 634,344,394.
Test Rite International Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the retailing of household products and the trading of daily goods. The trading business is engaged in the import and export business and agency business of department store products, covering hardware tools, DIY hand tools, bathroom and storage products, stationery products, household appliances and living goods, outdoor furniture, gardening, barbecue products. The retail business is directly facing consumers mainly located in Taiwan and China in the home furnishings, home repair, mattress and bedding sales business, comprehensive home integration services and brand agency business. The affiliated business groups include design teams for product design, packaging design, and industrial design; construction teams for store construction, office building construction, investment promotion, and logistics and warehousing services in China, Taiwan, the United States, and Europe.
