TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform that Mr. Issarin Patramai has resigned from a position of director of the Company due to his other business engagement, effective from June 2, 2022, onwards.
Consequently, the Company would proceed to appoint the qualified and experienced director to replace such vacancy and would make further notification to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in due course.
