Subject: Notification of the election of a new director in replacement of the director who resigned the position and change of the authorized signatory of the director to bind the Company

TEAM Consulting Engineering and Management Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform you of the significant resolutions of the Company's Board of Directors Meeting No. 5/2022 held on June 13, 2022. The meeting has adopted the following resolutions:
Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Chana Poomee from the Director, effective from June 1, 2022 onwards, and approved of the election of Mr. Amnat Prommasutra as the Director in replacement of Mr. Chana Poomee, effective from June 14, 2022 onwards. The newly elected director shall have the term only as of the remaining term of Mr. Chana Poomee.
Acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Issarin Patramai from the Director and a member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, effective from June 2, 2022 onwards, and approved of the election of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chamlong Prabkeao as the Director in replacement of Mr. Issarin Patramai, effective from June 14, 2022 onwards. The newly elected director shall have the term only as the remaining term of Mr. Issarin Patramai.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Kittipol Bunnim as a member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, effective from June 13, 2022 onwards, in replacement Mr. Issarin Patramai who has resigned from the Nomination and Compensation Committee. The newly appointed member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee shall have the term only as the remaining term of Mr. Issarin Patramai.
4. Approval of the change of the Company's authorized signatories, effective from June 14, 2022 onwards, as the following details.

Mr. Chawalit Chantararat, Mr. Issarin Patramai, Mr. Aphichat Sramoon,
Mr. Kittipol Bunnim, Mr. Prasong Wangrattanapranee any two out of five
directors together jointly sign with the company's seal affixed.
To
