Te Chang Construction Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,651.27 million compared to TWD 2,027.13 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 359 million compared to TWD 88.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.17 compared to TWD 0.78 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.17 compared to TWD 0.77 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 4,927.68 million compared to TWD 3,958.44 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 739.36 million compared to TWD 222.46 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 6.52 compared to TWD 1.96 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 6.49 compared to TWD 1.94 a year ago.

The Company is involved in the construction of residential buildings, government buildings, office buildings, schools, laboratories, hospitals, industrial buildings and others.
