The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in property development, project and construction management, property management, operation of car park and investment holding. The Company operates through three segments: Investment holding, Property development and management and Other operations. The Investment holding segment is engaged in the operation of car park and rental income. The Property development and management segment is engaged in the development and management of land into vacant lots, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. The Other operations segment is engaged in the construction and project management activities. Its projects include Dahlia Garden, Pearl Impiana, Pearl Impiana, Aster Villa, Ambay Garden and Rumah Pangsa Kos Rendah. The Company's subsidiaries are Cenderaman Development Sdn. Bhd., Denmas Sdn. Bhd., Denmas Development Sdn. Bhd. and others.
