Taki Chemical Co., Ltd. (TSE:4025) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 97 shares for ¥0.45 million. The company will repurchase its shares using the closing price of its shares in Tokyo Stock Exchange on July 28, 2017. The company will repurchase its shares in order to process fractional shares resulting from a reverse share-split.
