Takano Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7885) agreed to acquire Yuki Trading Co., Ltd. from Koji Sano and others on February 3, 2023. For the fiscal year ended February, 2022, Yuki Trading reported net worth of ¥133 million, total assets of ¥207 million, and sales of ¥315 million. Transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2023.
