Taiwan Environment Scientific Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 666.29 million compared to TWD 587.23 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 263.75 million compared to TWD 22.19 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.24 compared to TWD 0.3 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.23 compared to TWD 0.29 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 902.13 million compared to TWD 1,050.76 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 277.05 million compared to TWD 50.76 million a year ago. Taiwan Environment Scientific Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the provision soil and groundwater engineering services. The Company is engaged in the engineering consultants and construction businesses for environmental protection, the earthwork resource recycling treatment business, as well as the provision of environmental testing, sampling and inspection services. The Company provide its services in the fields of soil and groundwater remediation; water, wastewater and sludge treatment, air pollution control, system and outsourcing operation, as well as environmental license application and permitting.
