T.RAD Co., Ltd. (TSE:7236) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 600,000 shares, representing 8.29% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥1,500 million. The purpose of the program is to improve return profits to shareholders and improve capital efficiency. The program will be valid till January 31, 2022. As of June 30, 2021, the company had 7,234,767 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 1,145,944 treasury shares.
T.RAD Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of various heat exchangers, as well as the provision of ancillary services. The Company operates through five regional segments including Japan, the United States, Europe, Asia and China.
