T.RAD Co., Ltd. (TSE:7236) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 240,000 shares, representing 3.55% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥681.12 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,838 per share.
The purpose of the program is to implement agile capital policies in response to improvements in capital efficiency and changes in the business environment. The program will be valid till February 8, 2022. As of December 31, 2021, the company had 6,766,765 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 1,613,946 treasury shares.
T.RAD Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of various heat exchangers, as well as the provision of ancillary services. The Company operates through five regional segments including Japan, the United States, Europe, Asia and China. The Company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobiles, construction and industrial machines, air conditioning equipment, distributed generators, other heat exchangers, automobiles and other machine parts, as well as the research, development and manufacture and sale of environmental equipment.
