T.O. Ogasawara Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:9812) concluded a contract to acquire Kitami Nissan Co.,Ltd. from Nissan Network Holdings Co., Ltd. on March 27, 2015. T.O. Ogasawara will acquire 1800 shares of Kitami Nissan Co.,Ltd. After the transaction, Kitami Nissan Co.,Ltd will operate as a subsidiary of T.O. Ogasawara Co., Ltd. Kitami Nissan Co.,Ltd reported net assets of ¥527 million, total assets of ¥1.47 billion, sales of ¥4.57 billion, operating profit of ¥136 million and net income of ¥51 million for the year ending March 31, 2014. The Board of Directors of T.O. Ogasawara Co., Ltd passed a resolution for the transaction on March 27, 2015 and the transaction is expected to complete on April 1, 2015.
