Aakash Shrotiya , Amit Satwara, Pooja Shah, Bhushan Geriya, Dhwani Mehta, Ankita Satwara, Shrey Chandra agreed to acquire Suumaya Trans Logistics Limited from Suumaya Industries Limited (NSEI:SUULD) on May 15, 2023. Aakash Shrotiya , Amit Satwara, Pooja Shah, Bhushan Geriya, Dhwani Mehta, Ankita Satwara, Shrey Chandra entered into agreement to acquire Suumaya Trans Logistics Limited from Suumaya Industries Limited (NSEI:SUULD) on May 21, 2023. Aakash Shrotiya, Amit Satwara and Pooja Shah will acquire 33.33% stake each , whereas Bhushan Geriya, Dhwani Mehta, Ankita Satwara and Shrey Chandra will acquire 0.0002% stake in Suumaya Trans Logistics Limited. Suumaya Trans Logistics Limited reported a Turnover of INR 54 million in March 31, 2023.
