Star Alliance International Corp. (OTCPK:STAL) entered into and executed a share purchase agreement to acquire 51% stake in Lion Works Advertising, SA from Juan Lemus on March 19, 2023. The first minimum payment of $2.55 million to be paid by September 30, 2023, and the remaining outstanding balance of $2.55 million to be paid by September 30, 2024, within 12 months of the first payment.
