The Company’s projects include the Llahuin Porphyry Copper-Gold-Moly Project, the Colina2 Gold/Copper prospect near Llahuin, and the Los Pumas Manganese Project. The Llahuin’s deposits are located close to the city of Illapel, in the Coquimbo Region, 250 kilometers north of Santiago in Chile, at an elevation of 1,300 meters (m), and 8km east of the large El Espino Copper-Gold mine development operated by Santiago listed copper producer Pucobre. The Colina2 Gold in Central Chile has located approximately nine km to the northwest of Pucobre’s El Espino Copper Mine development and adjacent to the Company’s own Llahuin Copper Gold Moly project. its Los Pumas Manganese Battery Metal project in Northern Chile. It is located approximately 175 kilometers inland from the Port of Arica and is a multiple-layered tabular-style manganese occurrence with a surface expression over 3.6 kilometers.
