The Company produces and wholesale various types of flour, including traditional flour, pastry flour, brown wholemeal flour, whole wheat flour, whole rye flour, pizza flour, baguette flour, gluten-free flour, gluten-free cake flour, multigrain flour mix, rye flour mix, and yellow hard wheat flour mix. Soke Degirmencilik is also involved in the production of professional flour products for out-of-home use, private labeled flour and pudding products for retail companies and industrial customers. The company operates two production facilities located in Aydin and Ankara, which have ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and FSSC 22000 certificates.
