Softcreate Holdings Corp. is an Information Technology (IT) company. The Company operates in three business segments. The Electronic Commerce(EC) segment in engaged in the provision of a range of EC solutions, including the sale of packaged software for EC Website building, namely ecbeing; the provision of customized hosting services and datacenter-based hosting services, and other value-added services such as promotion activities. The System Integration segment is involved in the sale of four software programs developed by the Company, including X-point, AgileWorks, Assetment and L2Blocker; the contracted development of backbone systems, and the provision of network construction services. The Merchandise Sales segment is involved in the sale of IT equipment such as personal computers and servers for corporate customers, and the provision of commercial packaged software.
