Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. signed a basic agreement to acquire 5.22% stake in Sockets Inc. (TSE:3634) from MegaChips Corporation (TSE:6875), Faith Inc. (TSE:4295), Koji Urabe and Masayuki Igusa on August 1, 2013. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. agrees to acquire a total of 0.12 million common shares of out of which 0.07 million shares from MegaChips Corporation, 0.02 million shares from Faith Inc., 0.02 million shares from Koji Urabe and 0.01 million shares from Masayuki Igusa. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Sockets Inc. and is expected to close by August 2, 2013.
