(Alliance News) - Snam Spa announced on Monday that it has completed the issuance of a EUR750 million floating-rate bond with a two-year maturity and a papri coupon at three-month Euribor plus 0.4 percent.

The company explained that the transaction is part of its strategy to optimize the cost of debt, which is expected to average 2.6 percent over the plan period.

On Monday, Snam closed 0.1 percent in the red at EUR4.25 per share.
