NOTICE OF CLASS MEETINGS AND THE 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please accept this letter as notification that the Notice of the Class Meetings for the Ordinary and C Shares and Annual General Meeting (AGM) have now been published on the Company's website at http://www.slfrealisationfund.co.uk.

Copies of the Notice of meetings and the Forms of Proxy are enclosed for shareholders who elected for a hard copy.

AGM attendance

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 on Friday 2 December 2022 at the registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey.

This letter does not contain the full details of the resolutions to be tabled at the meetings as these are contained in the Notice of the meetings and should be read before you complete your vote.

The Directors consider that the proposed resolutions contained in the Notice of General Meetings and AGM are in the best interests of the Company and shareholders as a whole and unanimously recommend that you vote in favour of them, as they intend to do in respect of their own shareholdings.

If you wish to attend the Class Meetings or AGM in your capacity as a shareholder, please bring this letter with you and on arrival hand it to the Company's Registrar, this will facilitate your entry to the meeting.

Proxy voting

Voting by proxy prior to the AGM does not affect your right to attend the Class Meetings or the AGM and vote in person should you so wish. Proxy votes must be received no later than 10:00 on Wednesday 30 November 2022.
