SII: towards a squeeze-out on March 12

The AMF has announced that the compulsory buyout of SII shares will take place on March 12, at a net price of 70 euros per share, and will concern 1,891,895 shares representing 9.46% of the capital and voting rights of this IT company.

As a reminder, following the simplified tender offer for SII shares initiated by SII Goes On, the members of the concert (including the initiator) hold 18,108,105 SII shares, representing 90.54% of the capital and voting rights.
