Shanghai Yct Electronics Group Co.,Ltd (SZSE:301099) signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire an unknown stake in Shenzhen E-Mantech Co., Ltd. from Shenzhen Hainengda Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Haiyou Tongchuang Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Shenzhen Haiyou Zhichuang Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Wang Lirong for CNY 76.7 million on January 7, 2022. The consideration will be paid in cash. After the completion of the equity transfer agreement and capital increase, the Shanghai Yct Electronics Group Co. obtained a total of 55% shareholding interest in Shenzhen E-Mantech Co., making it a holding subsidiary and Shenzhen Hainengda Technology, Shenzhen Haiyou Tongchuang, Shenzhen Haiyou Zhichuang and Wang Lirong's ownership updated to 33.975%, 6.75%, 2.25% and 2.025% in it.
