Serial System Ltd Announces Retirement of Ng Cher Yan as an Independent Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee

Serial System Ltd. announced that Mr. Ng Cher Yan who has served on the Board of Directors for more than nine years, will not be considered independent upon the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting on 30 April 2024. Accordingly, Mr. Ng Cher Yan will retire as an Independent Non-Executive Director and not be seeking for re-appointment as Director of the Company at the AGM, and will cease to be the Chairman of the Nominating Committee ("NC") and a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company following the conclusion of the AGM.
