SergeFerrari Group reports a 52% increase in net income for 2022, to 15.5 million euros, and a 32.5% increase in REBIT, to 26.5 million euros, driven in particular by its ability to partially pass on higher raw material and energy prices.

The manufacturer of innovative composite fabrics posted record sales of 338.7 million euros, above its target of 335 million raised during the year, and up 18.5% (+14.2% on a like-for-like basis).

SergeFerrari will propose a dividend of 0.40 euro per share for 2022 at the Annual General Meeting on April 19. For 2023, the company is targeting sales growth and the preservation of operating income compared with the high level of 2022.
