Samart Digital Public Company Limited announced that it expects to receive THB 160 million in funding from Advance Capital Partners Asset Management Private Limited, ZICO Asset Management Pte. Ltd.

Samart Digital Public Company Limited announced a private placement of senior unsecured convertible debentures for the gross proceeds of not more than THB 160 million on April 27, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, Advance Opportunities Fund, a fund managed by Advance Capital Partners Asset Management Private Limited, and Advance Opportunities Fund I, a fund managed by ZICO Asset Management Pte. Ltd. The transaction was approved by the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders.

The interest rate of the debenture is 0.5% p.a. The debenture is convertible into 1,207,549,703 common shares. The maturity date is June 6, 2025.
