CJ Global Holdings Limited agreed to acquire Kodo Feed Mill (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. from Dongaone Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A008040) for KRW 6.8 billion on September 11, 2015. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors on September 11, 2015. Completion of the transaction is subject to approvals from Cambodian government.
CJ Global Holdings Limited completed the acquisition of Kodo Feed Mill (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. from Dongaone Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A008040) for KRW 6.3 billion on October 5, 2015. The consideration was revised downwards from KRW 6.8 billion to KRW 6.3 billion for 1000 shares of Kodo Feed Mill.
