On October 16, 2023, InfoBionic, Inc. closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from new investors, Security International Investments, Mayo Clinic, and returning investors, Excel Venture Management, Zaffre Investments, LLC, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, Inc., and Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.
Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. is a provider of capital and relevant expertise to technology-driven businesses.
