Lactate Natura SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the manufacture of dairy products. The Company’s main field of activity is the processing and commercialization of milk and dairy products under the Natura brand. The Company’s product portfolio includes fresh milk, pasteurized milk, sour milk, natural yogurt, yogurt with fruits, buttermilk, sour cream, sweet whipped cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese and butter, among others. The Company distributes its products nationally. As of June 30, 2012, the Company’s major shareholders were SIF Oltenia, with a 33.87% stake; Mecanica Rotes SA, with a 16.60% stake, and Revan Com SA, with a 14.66% stake.
