Ross Stores Receives a Shareholder Proposal from As You Sow

On April 9, 2024, Ross Stores, Inc. announced that it has received a shareholder proposal from As You Sow Foundation request that the Company measure and publicly disclose all material value chain GHG emissions. In addition, the Company urged the shareholders to vote against the shareholder proposal at the Company?s annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on May 22, 2024.
