Ripley Corp SA (Ripley) is a Chile-based company mainly engaged in the operation of department stores. The Company's activities are divided into three business segments: Retail, Banking and Real Estate. The Retail division is responsible for the management and operation of a chain of department stores and shopping malls under the Ripley brand name in Chile, Colombia and Peru. The Banking division offers consumer lending, such as credit cards, term deposits, mortgage credit and other financial services. The Real Estate division focuses on the development, construction and management of shopping malls. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, such as Ripley Chile SA, Banco Ripley Peru SA, Ripley Colombia Agencia de Seguros Limitada and Car SA.
